Hi! My name is Kathy, and I love to learn how to do new things – and to learn how to decorate a cake is something that I know a LOT of us enjoy doing! One of my “honorary daughters” (ie she’s just like a real daughter to us!) has gotten hooked on this, which is how I became interested myself!

Of course, I realize that it’s difficult to create a gorgeous cake and NOT have someone devour it! So, as you learn some cake decorating techniques and create masterpieces of your own, TAKE PHOTOS! Long after every yummy morsel is melted in everyone’s mouths, you’ll have the wonderful memories of having created beautiful cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and candies.
